TRANSFER CLIENTS

If you had your Original Full Set of Lash Extensions preformed at another spa and would like to transfer and be our client, we would LOVE to have you. We don’t want to be your side-lasher. We do not work on top of work from other lash studios. You can either wait and have your lash extensions fall out naturally or, if you would like them removed, we can remove them for you and put on a new full set. A consultation must be booked prior to a fill or a full set if coming to us with an already established set from another Lash Studio. Please contact us via email or phone and tell us about your situation so we can best accommodate you.

We use the highest quality lashes and glue, to create a customized look just for you. We will give you the best advice for choosing the right shape and lash length that suits your face. We will never advise you to choose a lash length or lash diameter that would harm the integrity of your natural lashes.

When you book a full set of eyelash extensions at HGSW, we reserve two full hours of lashing time to create your lash look. This allows us to consult with you, prepare and clean your lashes, apply gel lash pads, lashing time, seal and dry your lashes and go over lash extension aftercare. Together with your lash ritualist, you can co-create the perfect full set of eyelash extensions. We want to meet your expectations. Please come with a clear vison of what you want. If you have a picture of lash look you want to try, please bring it with you on the day of your appointment, or you can email it to us in advance. This can help us get a visual idea of what look you are wanting to achieve.

Our Lash Ritualists separate each individual natural lash to prevent any lashes sticking together. ARE LASH EXTENSIONS BAD FOR YOUR EYELASHES?

The health of your natural eyelashes should always be considered when getting eyelash extensions. An experienced technician will take care to ensure that the eyelashes extensions are applied properly so as not to damage or pull out your natural eyelashes. Your eyelashes do grow and eventually fall out naturally, so it’s important to keep up with regular maintenance appointments with an experienced lash technician to ensure that the eyelashes are kept full and healthy.

WHAT CAN YOU NOT DO WITH EYELASH EXTENSIONS?

Skincare Serums do not place them along the lash line as long as you avoid the lash line, eye creams are fine. We highly recommend not using strip lashes over your eyelash extensions, as this can pull off your eyelash extension and damage your natural lashes. We highly advise against use of any type of mascara on top of your eyelash extensions. Mascara can ruin your eyelash extensions.

WHAT’S REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN YOUR LASH EXTENSIONS?

Pre-book. We cannot stress this enough. Pre-Booking will assure that your most ideal appointment time is reserved for you. If you wait to it time for a fill to schedule an appointment, we may not have the availability for last minute appointments. This would push your fill out a week or so and could result in needing a heavy fill or a New Full Set of lashes. We recommend. receiving lash fills every 2 weeks. Some clients find that they can get away with a fill every 3 weeks. Lash extensions are a bit high Maintenace, if that not going to work for your lifestyle a Lash Lift may be a better option for you. You can learn more about a Lash Lift HERE. Lashes should be cleaned with a lash cleanser once a day. This will prevent dirt and oil build up and keep your lash line squeaky clean. Heather Gordon Spa & Wellness retails our brand of lash Bath. Use of a Lash Serum can help maintain lash health as well. Please be mindful not all lash serums are not eyelash extensions safe, so read the label to make sure they are compatible as oil-based serums could break down the bond of lash glue resulting in your eyelash extensions sheading faster.
