Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Shipments are sent Monday through Friday each week, excluding major holidays. Orders are processed within two business days of being placed.
Delivery options are calculated based on business days.
Saturday delivery is not available for all shipping options and destinations.
Each order will be shipped to one address only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
We ship to the entire US including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to customers outside of the United States territories.
PLEASE NOTE: We highly encourage you to review your tracking information once you place your order. If you have not received your order, please contact us within 14 days of the shipment date so we can investigate and locate your package.
Lost or Damaged in Shipping:
If your order was lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Defective or Leaking Products:
If your product arrives defective or leaking, please take a short video documenting the issue and email it to us within 14 days of purchase. We will contact PCA SKIN® on your behalf to request a replacement. Replacement is subject to PCA SKIN® approval and is not guaranteed.
